To provide our customers the best possible service at reasonable low prices and to assist our customers by providing good service so that they in turn can be more successful.

Products

Rather than offering a static product range, we prefer to win over our customers with dynamic development. All inquiries are dealt with within a minimum of time in uncomplicated processes along non-bureaucratic paths that lead you “straight to the boss”. On the basis of drawings detailing the individual product requirements, we work in cooperation with the customer to develop samples that are then presented to the customer for approval.

Our products range include compression, extension, torsion, wire springs and clips from 0,15 mm up to 8,00mm diameter.

Quality

KOMETYAY's whole productions process, from acquiring an order to delivery is ISO9001:2008 conform. For the best possible customer satisfaction we are always striving to improve our production process and product quality.

To this end we are working on aquiring the ISO/TS16949 certificate which is the best possible certificate concerning quality control, especially in the automotive industry.
